Tulip Tower: monitoring the construction of a landmark in Erbil

Kurt Construction completed the prestigious Tulip Tower project in Erbil, Iraq, commissioned by North Light Holding. The project involved the construction of four towers of 40 floors each, rising over a total site area of 297,000 square metres.

The numbers are impressive: around 22,900 square metres of commercial space on the ground and first floors, 1,220 apartments of different sizes for a total of 215,600 square metres, and four basement levels of 58,400 square metres dedicated to parking. The construction site lasted three years.

Throughout the works, our TLA8 device monitored the development of the project, improving efficiency in project management and collecting images and data to document and narrate the birth of this magnificent building.

The Tulip Tower is a project of great importance for Erbil and for Iraq as a whole, a country engaged in major infrastructure investments. Timelapse Iraq is proud to have contributed to telling its story.
